雷衍连:博士,副教授,硕士生导师。重庆市“巴渝学者计划”青年学者,重庆物理学会理事。
2016年博士毕业于香港浸会大学物理系。2016—2017年,在香港浸会大学物理系从事博士后研究。2017年9月回到西南大学工作。2019年入选重庆市“巴渝学者计划”青年学者,2021年入选重庆市留学回国人员创新支持计划,获重庆市自然科学二等奖(排名第二)。
致力于微纳光电功能薄膜与器件方面的研究,研究兴趣包括红外(近红外)光电探测、量子点发光器件和柔性印刷电子等方面。已在国内外主流学术刊物上发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以第一作者(或通讯作者)身份在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Optical Materials和Applied Physics Letters等著名学术刊物上发表研究论文40余篇,论文总引用2000+次,h因子20。获授权发明专利8项,主持国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。现承担《固体物理》、《凝聚态物理前沿》、《近代物理实验》等理论及实验课程。(最新更新日期2024.03)
